As COO, Austin Adams puts his years of experience of more than a decade in industrial and building automation systems to work for Anchor Automation and our clients. His wealth of knowledge of controls design and fabrication have been instrumental in supporting our hyperscale partnerships and delivering automation to scale for mission-critical clients in the healthcare, education, and manufacturing industries.

Prior to the decision to found Anchor Automation, Adams grew up working alongside his father in the family electrical business and studied Electronic Engineering Technology at Florence-Darlington Technical College.

Blake Roberts spearheads the development and oversight of Anchor Automation's business activities and strategies, drawing upon over 15 years of expertise in business development and leadership consulting. With a keen focus on both people and processes, he consistently delivers positive outcomes in business endeavors. In a pivot from architecture early in his career, Blake interviewed for a Chick-fil-A franchise. The company asked Blake to help lead a new program that would bring corporate support to opening new restaurants which turned into a formal leadership development program for Chick-fil-A. After 5 years of helping stand up the LDP program, Blake was asked to be a Business Consultant for franchise owners over various areas of the United States such as Florida, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Over 12 years, Roberts developed and worked on several Chick-fil-A leadership, business, and revenue-building programs.

Roberts’s resume also includes working for various architectural firms early in his career. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Clemson University.

  • Developed and scaled the process for corporate restaurant openings, while the business grew from $4 billion to $15 billion in revenue and over 400 new restaurant openings

  • Consulted franchisees across Florida, east Tennessee and West Virginia to help them reach their goals and grow together as individual markets

  • Helped over 50 candidates become a franchisee for Chick-fil-A or a role within the company through Chick-fil-A’s leadership development program

As CEO, Trever Mason leads the company’s growth, oversees the successful execution of global projects, and builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships. Trever provides clients with an impressive depth of industry knowledge and technical skills developed through almost three decades in automation and controls.

Prior to joining Anchor Automation, Trever gained extensive hyperscale industry experience as the Global BMS Program Support Manager for META®, where he oversaw global automation process, delivery, and execution throughout the NA, EMEA, and APAC regions (+2.5GW of capacity). He also served as Senior Director for Global Automation Execution for Vantage Data Centers (+750MW), Senior MEP BMS Coordinator for DPR Construction, and Design/Construction Manager at Tegron/Glenmount Global Solutions. Trever is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his degree in Engineering Technology.
